Judge upholds jury verdict in truck crash lawsuit

An Arkansas trucking company and its driver are found to be negligent in a crash killing three men on I-81. $2.175 million was paid to the families of the deceased: 27 year old Hilario Goux Vicente and 35 year old Ramiro Vicente-Ajun from  Tennessee and 50 year old Dennis Lavelle Fayne from Arkansas. Two 18-wheelers collided, Fayne was climbing out of one of them, from the passenger seat to free himself after the collision, as Vincent and Vincent-Ajun stopped their Hyudai behind the crash.  A third truck drove by Miller does not stop in time for the accident.
